The Motherland
We made our way to Minneapolis. Not sure if I’ve ever mentioned this, but Olive LOVES hotel beds. We spent some time touristing around and some time with family. It was a great trip. Here are some highlights:
This is how it starts.

Mill City Museum. We learned about the history of the town and how flour changed everything.

There were swings and glasses.
Doughnuts and White Castle burgers.
Then it was time to return home. Good thing, because Olive was exhausted. Minneapolis is a great place. Can’t wait to go back.

Never A Dull Moment
Coast to Coast
Olive made it back to her second favorite city NYC. And just like every other trip, there were plenty of adventures. First carousel ride, David Bowie exhibit, great food, and more.

Olive’s “that might have been too spicy” face.
She likes to show off her full belly after a good meal. Her way of saying “Compliments to the chef.”
Spring Spring Spring
Spring is here and Olive can’t wait to get outside. Yards, parks, wineries, and of course, ball games are keeping her busy.

I almost forgot about some inside stuff we did this spring.
St Patrick’s Day
Replanting trees
Monterey Bay Aquarium
And standing around in the kitchen with a balloon.
NYOlive
New York is on the top of Olive’s list of favorite places to visit. Probably because of amazing views like this one from the ferry. We were so busy having fun, we forgot to take pictures, but I was able to grab a few before we left.

As much as she loves NY, she was excited to get back to her normal routine.

Olive Does It Again
Olive’s second time in Vegas, but there were a lot of firsts. We still made it to the champagne vending machine and lounged around a lot.
However, this time she was old enough to over indulge as one does when in Vegas.
She had her first brain freeze shortly after this popsicle.
After her dramatic recovery. We stopped over indulging and started walking. Everywhere

Finally pooped, we had to catch a cab, which doesn’t seem to have any car seat regulations. See ya next year Vegas!
The Color Olive
After many, many tries, we finally made it to The Color Factory. I’ve never seen Olive as happy as she was going through each room of the factory.

Olive in the Studio
This is her warm up dance at the beginning of each show.
Next she cleans up a little.
Finally, she is worn out and crashes on the freshly cleaned floor.
Same routine, every Monday.
All Fall
Our little Olive is much more active this fall than 1 year ago. She loves to climb & crawl everywhere.

When it gets too cold outside, she has indoor adventures. She tried her first Hot Dish and had her first binge watching session.
She even helps with the clean up.
Now, we count down to Christmas.
